Proms and Leavers Balls

At All Manor Of Events we understand that Head Teachers are kept very busy running their schools and could really do without the added burden of having to oversee the organisation of the Leavers Proms. We take on responsibility for you, organising all aspects of the evening entertainment, from start to finish…

Packages start at £30 per head, fill in our contact form and we will send you our prom package information including our chef’s delicious menus which include hot and cold fork buffet, hot pot party menu and cold finger buffet with a scrummy pudding table or chocolate fountain.

The Perfect Location… Although only 10 minutes from Ipswich town centre, our rural location is ideal for School Prom Nights as we don’t have many of the restrictions of town centre and hotel style venues and no gate-crashers, allowing a more relaxed atmosphere for everyone!!!

Impressive Setting… Manor Farm Barn is a self contained Event Centre, with the main section seating up to 250 people in a very comfortable atmosphere with large round banqueting tables.

Your Arrival… Your arrival will be recorded by live-link video recording allowing live broadcast to one of our big screens whilst being recorded to DVD that is presented to the school at the end of the evening.

Delicious Options…We have designed an number of options for food and entertainment which we leave up to you to choose from as you will know your students better than us. Once you have chosen, just leave it to us to implement.

The Entertainment…We have a large adjoining outdoor Courtyard with raised grass stage, ideal for the School Band or a perfect setting for the main group photos.

The Music… We will provide you with a Professional DJ and with the latest equipment, they utilise the very latest in sound, video and lighting technology. Our sprung black and white chequered dance floor area has been purposely built to provide you with the perfect area to dance. We will, with pleasure play any music requests. Why not ask your pupils to write their favourite music track on the R.S.V.P. section of the ticket/invite and provide us with a music wish list.

A perfect keepsake… Our professional on site photographic studio is open all evening, allowing everyone to have a portrait photo. Pictures taken will be made available for purchase after the event via the photographer’s website www.elementalphotography.co.uk.

Safety and Welfare…Our public liability insurance is valid and comprehensive. Should you require details, we will gladly provide you with our policy documentation on request. With on-site staff to ensure security and safety of your pupils, all we ask from you is the confirmation that you will provide enough members of staff to ensure their good behaviour.
